[1]On Jun. 27, 2006, the research project "Theoretical and Engineering Application Technology of Structural Inspection and Appraisal for Existing Buildings" passed the expert auditing organized by Shanghai Construction and Transportation Commission in Jun. 2006, and was considered to have attained the international level.

[2]The research group co-edited the Standard of China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization-"Standard for Durability Assessment of Concrete Structure". The standard passed the auditing organized by Standard Technology Commission of Appraisal and Strengthening for Buildings in Dec. 2005 and was considered to have attained the international level.

[1]On Apr. 28, 2005, the Shanghai Engineering Construction Code “ Standard for Inspection and Appraisal of Existing Buildings” passed the auditing organized by Construction and Management Commission of Shanghai Municipal Government, and was considered to have attained the national level (Production Register Number: 9312005Y1597)

[2]On Nov. 10, 2005, the research project “Study on Mechanical Performance of the New Style Steel-Concrete Composite Floor System” passed the expert auditing organized by Shanghai Construction and Transportation Commission in Nov. 2005, and was considered to have attained the international level.
