On Sep. 25, 2007, The first “Engineering Quality Subcommittee of China Civil Engineering Society” meeting was held in Beijing. Prof. Xianglin Gu was elected as the director of a subcommittee. Mr. Qinghua Huang, on behalf of Prof. Xianglin Gu, gave a presentation titled “Case study on the qualitiy analysis of reinforced concrete high rise buidling”.
